My name is Justine and I’ve been designing and making cakes for over 30 years. I am fully trained and qualified: after a bakery apprenticeship I worked in Chelsea for Jane Asher for 5 years as one of her cake decorators. I have also worked in a couple of local bakeries as their cake designer. I set up my own business 20 years ago. I am based in Flackwell Heath, just outside High Wycombe.
